- Start Your Search:
Once you've been pre-qualified and know what price range you want/need to stay in, I can help you navigate the buying process. I will find properties that meet your criteria & send those listings directly to your inbox. We will work together to narrow down our search and take things at a pace comfortable for you & your situation.
- View Homes:
Tour properties & consider things like location, size & features. I will keep you up to date on relevant market data. Should you feel ready to move forward with a property, you will be empowered & confident in your knowledge in order to make an informed & educated decision.
- Take Your Time:
Only see 3-5 houses in one day - 3 is ideal. Seeing a lot of houses at once can be more confusing than it is convenient. Take photos & make notes after viewing each property so that you're not struggling to remember the details of each home.
- Make An Offer:
Once you find a home you love, we will discuss drafting an offer that works for you. I'll help you determine what terms and conditions are necessary & negotiate with the Sellers Realtor® on your behalf.
- Negotiate:
Expect some back-and-forth as you & the Seller work out the terms of the sale. We want to bring your vision to life while keeping your budget in mind. The right home is often a feeling. I'll help you balance emotion & budget so that you never overpay.
- Close The Deal:
I will track deadlines, gather paperwork & coordinate any necessary visits. This could include inspections, appraisals & final walk-throughs. I will connect you with a Real Estate lawyer and it's off to the races! You will sign the necessary paperwork with your lawyer, pay your closing costs, set up utilities & get the keys to your new home!
